A Heartfelt Stay

I was given a four-bed room instead of a two-bed room, and I had more space than needed. The location is fine. It is in the very heart of life, and I could reach nightlife in a ten-minute walk. Public transport was also easy to find and use, it added to the convenience of my visit.
The room was late by more than one hour of what they told us. It was not the room we had paid for.

the room included a hairdryer. it was also warm, which i valued. the staff at the bar was friendly. i found the night to be really peaceful, without disturbances. i would come back for sure.
the wifi did not work as i expected and i needed to fix it a lot.

I was a little disappointed. the air conditioning unit was installed, but it wasn't working. The room got very stuffy at night. also, one staff member wasn't very friendly. She seemed quite rude during check-in.

The room was clean. Staff were helpful and nice. They were always available. The hotel is very well located, close to the train and bus.
The room was very small for our group. Everything in the room was dated. The windows faced the courtyard where everyone hung out until late. This made it difficult to sleep because of the noise.
